On July 3rd, SINOPEC Chemicals Sales Company signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement from year 2013 to 2018 with Wanhua Chemical Group in Yantai.
The agreement is a milestone for the two parties’ cooperation which will further strengthen their relations as well as expand and deepen the collaboration.
In the next five years, the cooperation will include benzene, MTBE, propylene, propane, BDO, propylene oxide, acrylic acid and eaters, butyl octanol, PVC and other chemical products. President of SINOPEC Chemicals Sales Company Mr. Li Chengfeng and Chairman of Wanhua Chemical Group Mr. Ding Jiansheng attended the signing ceremony and delivered speeches.
Wanhua Chemical Group is a world renowned MDI producer. It was established on Dec. 20th, 1998, previously known as Yantai Wanhua Polyurethane Co. Ltd which was a listed company owned by SASAC of Shandong Provincial Government. The two parties also discussed in detail about cooperation models of their business.
